Tidal Basin, is the small pond southern next to the National Mall which is very famous with Cherry Trees that were given by Japanese Government in 1912 by the mayor of Tokyo City, Yukio Ozaki. Still more than 3,000 of Cherry trees will be covered with the beutiful flowers in the end of March.
