East Harlem
East Harlem is the one of the neighborhood, located above the Upper East Side and east of Harlem. The rationale behind the separation from Harlem is mainly because of culture based. The one significant cultural characteristics of this area is that the area so-called "Spanish Harlem" which is because of the people who speak Spanish as the mother languages, mostly from Latin American countries like Puerto Rico, which created the new term, "Nuyorican".
